tod-Z collaborates with an external payment service provider MangoPay S.A.
After the client creates an e-wallet account with our third-party service provider upon registration on tod-Z platform, they can then be able to access the online payment process. All financial transactions on tod-Z shall only be made by credit card or sepa transfers via MangoPay, our third-party service provider.

Users must enter into a contractual relationship with MANGOPAY S.A. for payment processing. This is subject to the Terms and Conditions of MANGOPAY S.A., which are declared here.

Users commit to submitting all required documents and records requested by MangoPay S.A.

Availability of using MangoPay S.A. in certain countries:

The payment services of MangoPay S.A. are only available in certain countries. A list of said countries can be found here. The basis of tod-Z business is the provision of the payment service by MangoPay S.A. Should MangoPay S.A. discontinue its services in certain countries, the use of tod-Z also ends in the affected region.

Fees

The Project cost to be paid by the Client is inclusive of the Talent’s hourly fee rates, payment gateways fees and tod-Z’s commission. however, the total amount is exclusive of taxes (e.g. VAT) if applicable.
Payment of Project’s cost is subject to approving and accepting the work deliverables by the client for each milestone of the Project.
tod-Z use and release payments deposited in an Escrow account of the Third-Party payment “MangoPay S.A.” which will establish and maintain an: Escrow Account (e-wallet account). After starting a project on the platform, an Escrow account will be assigned to each project through which the client can deposit the project’s cost. it is an e-wallet account that is held by MangoPay S.A.
The Client is only permitted to pay the Project’s cost directly to the respective Project’s digital account as payments to the Talent are only carried out by tod-Z.

Short Term Projects (1 to 30 days)

The Client shall pay 100% of the project’s cost in advance upon assigning the talent for the project.
The payment is held in an escrow account and released to the talent upon completion of the project which is subject to the Client’s closing and accepting the services submitted via the platform.

Long Term Projects (31 days to 6 months)

The Client shall pay 50% of the Project’s cost to the Escrow account in advance upon assigning the talent for the Project. The other 50% shall be paid on the 31st day from starting the project to the Escrow account.The payment is held in an escrow account and released to the talent through the phases of the project until completion, which is subject to the client’s closing and accepting the services submitted via the platform.
